Could ask ukric if the hog-rost stall is willing for a price on a hog roasted and how many portions that would cover and see if that's viable at £x per head paid in advance. They are there anyway and may think it's worth it, but would need a lot of people to commit. Maybe a silly idea, just popped into my head and though I would put it out there. Last year loads of people said they would bring bbqs, but only I did (2 disposable), I will bring one for each day this year, but not going to feed many and I don't have anything bigger. I can bring two! I can't cook though  No, but you can certainly demolish a stinky old kebab at 1.00am in the morning............... "Life...........is just a bowl of tricks!!!!!!" |

Charity idea is good. I'm going to say no to the alcohol just because everyone will want different things and it could get messy, not to say complicated. Shame no one is organising a BBQ for Friday night cos extra funds could go on burgers and the like ... I won't know how much is left over until I've gone loony round the supermatket again (end of june) and everything is paid for @spikeyfridge I have a portable gas barbecue I could bring along for Friday night (along with the Cider) You could always bung some burgers, buns & tomato sauce in your basket? Phoenix & Film Dictator are great add-ons.....The latter is via MetalKettle, I believe......Sparkys Stream is/was great for sport......Unfortunately, someone threw a spanner in the works yesterday & it was apparently removed, although mine was working last night.
