No battery movement at all when it is inserted chrisjw ? If you have a meter are you getting a good voltage on the springy metal battery connectors? (not on the wires) I put the meter across the battery springy things with a battery in & nothing........ *Edit that.........Just prised the battery positive connector out a tad, as proposed by flavourtank & VapingBad (cheers big ears....  ) & it fired up..............Problem solved........... I took this picture ( in @spikeyfridge blurred mode, so that you can't see anything).........   None of the wires have detached themselves as far as I can see *I'd like to get hold of the little yellow person who blew their nose in it though............... No power through it? Is that no screen showing or no power to the atomiser? If it's totaly dead then most likely the battery leads. No power at 510 will be output leads From the board, check the ground lead first as it's the easiest fix. There's no screen & no power getting to the atty either........It won't turn on (even tried talking dirty to it to no avail........... )............Maybe it's time to upgrade it's bits & bobs.......... Managed to bounce one of my Hana clones this morning........Now not getting any power through it......I've checked the innards & everything looks in order.......Any ideas please?

Just thought I'd give Roscopecotrain 's "How To" video a well deserved bump, as, having 2 hours to kill, I've just watched it............... Very informative & well explained, although, unfortunately at the time of posting, it's not in English, but some peculiar dialect that I'm not familiar with.....But you can do as I did & just turn the sound off....... Unfortunately, at 6minutes 43 seconds, he got rudely interrupted by a call from @spikeyfridge ( or at least I presume it was from her, judging by his comment after ignoring the call).........  All in all, a most informative little tutorial, although he obviously rushed to prepare his hands for the camera, as he failed to notice that he'd put his rings on the wrong fingers........ Well done mate & seeing as there's bugger all on the telebox tonight, I'm off to look for more.......... "Life...........is just a bowl of tricks!!!!!!" |

Things have come a long way since I joined up here & gave the other forum members the pleasure & thrill of my company......... ....Back then, an ego was the mod to drool over & there wasn't really anything else, apart from a ciggie look-a-like...it was tiny as far as mods go & it's what I started on (In fact, it was a Riva)..........However, as stated, things have progressed in leaps & bounds & the choice is endless...but if I was being asked advice by a new vaper, I would have no hesitation in recommending an i-stick too......particularly for a woman.....it fits perfectly in the hand, pocket or handbag/purse (apparently.... )......it's regulated, easy to use......practically any atty looks good on it.....choice of colours.........& very reasonably priced......That's my 2 pennies worth, but no-one listens to me anyway........... Yeah, you'll find that each time you do one, you'll think of improvements....I used to make quite a few of these.....What you can do with the atty ones, is drill a small hole the diameter & depth of the 510 connector in the bottom & the atty's will then sit upright in the holes......
