blimey. I thought you were a beginner Malibu!
Can I ask a question about the innokin...once I have filled up a cartridge and used it a bit, can I unscrew it and put it back in the case or do I have to finish it first? I wasn't sure if it would leak etc.

I looked into champix but the side effects put me off. I tried Zyban years ago and I was a total wreck.
I've ordered my innokin today so willupdate you when it arrives on my progress.
Thanks to all of you for your support, advice and feedback.
I'll be back soon.

HI Everyone, thanks. Hifistud - You really made me think that maybe I shouldn't be buying an efags if I want to get off nicotine. I was talking about it with a friend yesterday and he suggested I buy a cheap one just to try it (as I've never tried one before) so I picked a disposable from the newsagent. WIKID!! They are sooo cool! I used it in the evening when I was in the pub and I really felt no need to go out and have a cig. So I'm going to get one and I think it will really help me to cut down as long as I put it back in my bag after a few chuffs rather than holding onto it all day.
I asked justin from vapescape about the riva, but he also suggested the innokin as they are smaller and the battery pack can last all day. I think I will get that one as I think I'd prefer a small one, to start with at least.
Malibu - lets see if we can use these to actually cut down to very low levels of smoking. Let the challenge begin : )
By the way, I did notice, that I felt really spaced out at work after I started using it. I'mn quite sensitive to all forms of drug or chemical and it might not even be the ecig but I will keep monitoring that. Has anyone ever felt that? I had to leave work early because my brain was just not functioning and I was completely ineffective. It was a bit like I was stoned.

I know but still, I don't want to be dependent anymore. I don't want to freak out if I am without cigarrettes (or ecig). My plan is to use this as a way to stop.
(Bl00dy hell, if I'm here talking about flavours in a months time I will blame you lot for leading me astray!) : )
I'm gonna buy what the person in 'sorry I'm being a pain' post is buying. Looks like an easy option.

thats my aim beeper but I'm also not the most disciplined of people and know how hard it is for me to miss even one of my 20 cigarettes (impossible). Lumps/cancer scares/surgery are adding some extra incentive though this time.

Hi, Thanks for all your warm welcomes. You are a lovely bunch. You are selling ecigs well. Are you all e-cig manufacturers?! I looked at the riva yesterday and saw that it was pretty massive so I guess I am just going to have to adapt to the size, though if its possible to get a smaller one with good function that would be even better. In terms of eventually getting off nicotine, could I put the lowest dose in to help me wind down from nicotine or should I start with a high dose? Have other people managed to wind down the nicotine levels? I'm still a bit lost because when I looked at the link to the kit I don't know what any of it means! ![:o](//storage.proboards.com/2973975/images/V_yPuiwBICIqOziN7BjO.gif)

Hi All, Another confused newbie here : )
I decided to buy an ecig to help me stop smoking. I didn't realise I would need to do a mini degree first to understand what to buy.
Can someone please instruct me on what to buy...the cheapest, most efficient, most ladylike option? I don't really want to spend more than around £30 for now but if it works for me I can add more later.
I smoke roll ups - 15-25 per day (20 years) but have to stop this igrained habit before I have surgery in a months time. I've tried everything and just cant seem to give up. I have a voucher to do the alan carr clinic as well and I know they wont be encouraging replacements but I thought I would use this as a wind down to the clinic and maybe a backup if I can't give up completely.
So I need to get my kit asap so I can cut down on my cigs before the clinic. Please can someone give me a shopping list (cheap please).
By the way...a lot of people here seem to really enjoy your vapesticks. Are you all addicted to them now?
