I received my new juices yesterday, a nice Benson Fences & Silks, only tried the Benson so far it's lovely, with a tinge of apple which i reckon even after cleaning is still there , but all the same very nice  50/50 juice vs 70/30 what is the actual difference? it feels to me that i have used more juice quicker with 50/50 than 70/30 as i only filled it last night and it's nearly empty lol.. also one other thing I suffer from reflux, would 50/50 change the amount of acid i get? i know odd question but i do feel a tad more blocked up than usual, could be in my head though ;-) other than that loving the taste even with the apple backwash my other question for the v2 clearomizer www.safercigs.co.uk/NEW!!_Vision_20_Replaceable_eGo_clearomizer/p705283_6947936.aspx... which atomizer would i need for my vision 900, i am using standard resistance at the moment which is perfectly fine. going to give the silks a whirl soon, but that's a 26mg strength and i have a feeling too strong for me, had a small taste yesterday and had a *bong* moment >< any help appreciated as usual |

Don't get me wrong, I did buy 10 after work. There are still 10 there. I don't want to panic 1st thing in the monrning. I'll do the same again and tell myself no cig in the morning but if I do I do, I'm not getting like I did when I have tried before and get even more depressed because I had one. that's one thing I am trying to avoid the getting peed off at myself, not this time, so many people vaping have said relax and take it easy, love it where as NRT is you must stop now!!!!! |

i am really suprised that i do not miss "real" cigarettes. And i smoked alot. (even the frequentie has gone down now more then 50 %, dont have to make an effort at all.....knock on wood.) that's really good, I have been breaking my habits, the 7am ciggie still there, the one straight after breakfast at 7.30 is gone now i have that around 10am, so don't leave my desk, the one straight after lunch around 12 is gone, drag that out now until 2-3pm, trying to break those habit ciggies by sitting and just working through it, really happy you have done so well.. hopefully join ya!  |

I am still having the odd one too, this morning I woke up and said " No analogue today" Came down had a vape of menthol, got to work at 5.45 and had a cig ! 1. I think I'll try a higher strength, for the mornign at first. 2 I'm not sure i appreciated menthol 1st thing with my cuppa ( soon remedied) I'm NOT getting that feeling of quitting, that was my last cig in the pack, I put the pack in the bin without thinking " OMG I have no cigs with me" No panic at all , my ecig was in my pocket. That's the bit I love , I always got really miserable when I tried quitting, I could sit and cry. Now I just feel normal ( well if anyone feels normal that time in the morning ) Also I thought afterwards, why did I have it anyway, I didnt NEED it i just WANTED it. It will come slowly but surely it is, compared to previous attempts it's much easier, admittedly i still have that 10pack of silks, not at the point where I can't have some close by, that's the bit i am waiting for |

I have Benson fences & Silk on order, 26mg in both, been mainly vaping an 18mg Apple & Deluxe Tobacco from vapescape, which was fine until drinking, one thing i have found they both are sweet, and oddly enough without the apple background taste the same!
am i mad or is that possibly another ingredient that i am tasting?
either way going to be trying lots of different flavour, just had my 3rd silk cut of the day it tasted awful, and i gagged ha ha, the vape stick is taking over, just need to find a range of decent tastes ;-)
I have a ry4 but only 8mg in strength my silly fault for picking too weak a bottle, but now i know 18mg is fine i am raising it up to 26mg to see how i really do, still getting the niggly stomach clenching fun of quitting, but not as bad as when i have tried in the past.

And they didnt need go to DEF-CON 1 at the office.....they usally do that when i stop smoking....fear of flying object and damage to eardrums is minimal if not non-excisting.  nice one mate, I started on the 6th down to 7 silk cuts a day, the gaps between each one is getting longer, now upto 3 hours+, also starting to taste worse and gagging me just waiting for my new juices so I can try and go full cold turket next week, moving upto 26mg from 18mg.. |

much easier, mine are the ones that come with the vape escape 900 the vision ego, look just the same, will be placing an order for a few of those come payday on Thursday ;-) |
