Bad news despite assuring me it will be ready,the basement at St Christophers is not ready till the 10th or just after,Jonnie and I are now trying to secure another venue  No great surprise really mate.............. No bud,had a bad feeling all along,but don't despair we are on it |

Yes sorry for the absents guys,I have been extremely busy,work still hasn't covered my now retired workmate,which in turn has made it harder to get things done with my car event and in turn this one,but today is dedicated to making sure everything's in place |

Cheers everyone and all names added to list,I have given St Christopher's inn time to work on the basement and will be phoning over the weekend to confirm they can host us,I have a huge car event to get ready for at Birminghams NEC Nov 15/16/17th,so bare with me if I struggle to keep up with things this time round,PM me if you want to know anything

I won't be able to come as I can't manage the stairs.  I'm sure you could stay upstairs with others and there would be people up and down to see you,the problem was 35-40 people vaping in a dining area that was booked,a few in the top of the pub shouldn't be a problem dolly |

Welcome Mark,sounds a good journey,wish I had got a Provari earlier in mine,as Julie said I do a London meet every six weeks (ish) there you can see about everything there is and meet lots of people who are very knowledgeable,next thread will be up in the meet section soon.

On the phone this morning I said I would do it and meet up with JayLavEnts (Jonnie) at the pub we have the meet in,so I was told I would get a phone call back in an hour,its now been 3 hours and getting a bit miffed waiting

Hi all
Once again the BBC has got in contact with me through my Facebook meets page,to say they do things at the last minute is an understatement.
This time they want to do a short film for breakfast TV,that will be aired next Tuesday,but need to do it tomorrow afternoon if possible
