Seems to me they want to say on one hand we support E cigs,but on the other lets support ridiculous regulation,then which ever way it swings.they will not have been in the wrong,seems a cowardly middle of the road approach from another questionable organization.

I find the ASH argument quite appalling and would expect better from them,a parent is going to leave a bottle of e liquid with its top off for a child with the capabilities of squeezing the e juice into his mouth reason for greater regulation,sorry this smacks off the nanny state and using the child card which seems to be popular atm,a irresponsible person is a irresponsible person,just as likely to leave a bottle of aspirin in a child's reach or forget to supervise properly when they wander in front of a car,so lets all sit at home and eat organic salad and never wander out into the real world.

Ok a a few of you are writing too me with concerns as too the BBC lady coming to the meet,I will update the situation
She did contact me through the Facbook page,I took time to look up her profile to make sure she was genuine,we had a long phone conversation on Wednesday,she came across as very polite and agreeable with my thoughts on the days events IE the MHRA announcement.
She seemed to me to be trying to be as well informed about the vaping scene as she could,by taking the time to contact and come out to the meet,she also seemed to want to carry on our phone conversation by primarily sitting down with me at the meet and following on in person.
How many others she may want to chat with and what she will be asking I don't know,she will be staying till we have done the raffle at 9pm.
My intention is to,give her a good insight into the vaping community and leave her with a great and enjoyable experience.
Please do not feel she is there to be bombarded with questions about the BBC'c coverage or our complaints,she may prove to be a valuable friend in the future.
I shall play it by ear on the night and hope that all this is beneficial to us and the whole of the vaping community.

I agree when dolly said that the write to your MEP has been done,I am not in disagreement with it,but I could stand at a car meet and ask 30 members what they know about the situation and they will know what they saw on the news last night,that's where we need to be,marching through the streets to our MEP's banners in hand or 10 Downing street,newspapers and tv and radio contacted,so far the one thing I have supported whole heartily is the smoke without fire campaign,write your banners,PLEASE DONT LET MHRA KILL US and whatever else,get in the publics face,get on TV,don't quietly disappear along with what we have now and love.
