I only buy my batteries from a reputable UK supplier(usually ecigwiz as they are local to me) so i feel a bit safer by doing so.

Yes i know that Matt,but WHAT did they look at to base the statement on?They have to have tested some devices to see if they did or didnt come up to scratch.They cant base a statement that none available today would pass the Legistlation without establishing the fact.

Yet I can buy vitamin supplements over the counter.... If i were you i wouldnt buy ANY Vitamin over the counter.For Example the press has been inundated with stories about Vitamin D.In tests,OTC Vit D can vary from between 0% to 750% of the labelled amount of Vit D.Vit D is actually a STEROIDICAL HORMONE!There are Dr's out there injecting massive doses of VitD into patients in UK.There is NO liscensed Injectable Vit D available in UK that has been passed by the MHRA!!!!!There is only ONE prescribable Oral Vit D available in UK!How do i know this?Cos i am a Drugs Rep and sell the damn stuff,and NO i dont side with either NICE or the MHRA.I personally feel that these institutions are not Objective or IMPARTIAL when it comes to certain Drug Companies and Organisations such as the Tobacco and drinks Industry!! |

I think this is a bit of an overreaction.Its a well established fact that current NRT is hopelessly ineffective."Vaping" has skyrocketed,not just a bit but DRAMATICALLY.We all as Vapers need to give the Pro Ecig lobbies our FULL and ACTIVE support!!!The stress is on the ACTIVE bit!We cant allow ourselves to sit back and let "Someone" else do it!There has been a lot of what might be called "misinformation" in this report.It seesm to me that they only really looked at the "Lookalikes" rather than ALL of the currently available devices.This is a 2 pronged attack on us to screw more money from us.Lets face it,the Gubbermint has cocked up the Countries Finances and are now GRUBBING around for any stray pennies they can find!One thing that did give me hope was the statement that they would impliment this draconian edict once the EU wide Ruling comes into force.So if the EU one can be blocked/ridiculed or otherwise stopped then we can do the same.we CAN make them rethink,and we NEED to MAKE them rethink,its not like they havent backed down over crap policy decisions in the past!!!
Vapers UNITE and Lobby for a rethink!!!

It would have been interesting to find out if the kids were using the "lookalikes" rather than rivas and mods(which i am pretty sure would be the case)Given that for less than a tenner they can get an "e cig" from Supermarkets,chemists,petrol stations and Mr Patels corner emporium.Personally i WOULD like to see Schools ban them,like they do "normal" cigarettes.There were good points and some glaring erroneous comments.i echo the Jody Marsh comments,but she did make a good case for them suprisingly.That said,there lies the issue i feel,so called Celeb using "E cigs" as a "Fashion/Status comment" which is bound to get kids thinking.I cant really see how by trying them vile lookalikes,kids would take up tobacco smoking or full time vaping.

I got so cheesed off with AC3,it just wasnt the same,they will have to go some to bring me to play another Assassins Creed game again.I am looking forward to the PS4 follow up to LA Noire as well.
