Hi "Ten years younger" was just a tongue in cheek comment re the TV programme!!!!
Just to feel fitter and look better will be great. I'm really looking forward to these improvements and am already planning to take up activities that I've huffed and puffed over in recent years.
It's just so good to hear about these positives from those further along the road.

Just found this comment from a vaper on another forum.
"But the improvement to my complexion is very noticable, my laughter lines are greatly reduced, those bleed lines around my lips have all but disappeared completely. My hair and nails grow quicker."
Now that I've started vaping instead of smoking can I soon expect to look 10 years younger????

Many thanks Chrissie and Lynda for taking the time to help me.
I'm afraid I seem a bit of a numpty but being a pensioner I can't afford to make mistakes.
I've ordered my new atties and thanks to your tips I hope that my desktop doesn't blow up before I get the USB thingy from ebay that Chrissie recommended!
Cheers Liz

Hi,
I knew I'd be back for more advice before long!
This time I'm wanting to know about atomisers.
I've been looking on Lisa's site and I see LV, HV and VHV.
Which would be best to go in my Gary Dibley Pass-through. I wondering which is best for flavour. Or, can you recommend any other atties which last well and produce good flavour. I seem to remember reading somewhere that "standard" atties were best for flavour. I'll be needing them for my PT and SD.
I so appreciate your help. It's a bit of a jungle out there - there is too much choice for my simple mind!
Many thanks, Liz

Many thanks for all your advice. I've ordered a Tornado and a pass-through so now I'm all set. I will probably pop up again. I'm sure that I have lots more to learn. Liz

You are all so helpful that I'm going to pick your brains again.
As I only have one e-cig (the screwdriver) I thought I should get a back-up and decided to get another manuel one to try - maybe somthing a bit more dainty to take out (not the GG. I would love to have one but its outside my price range at the moment)
So, from your vast experience what would you recommend? I would be so pleased if you could tell me which you have had success with.
Many thanks, Liz

As always, help was at hand which I greatly appreciate. Hopefully I will be getting one from Lynda soon and then I can start my vaping regime again. Thanks so much Lynda. Liz

Hi, Thanks to all your great advice I got new juice from James (what great service. Thanks James) and was all set to re-start my vaping routine. First day in and I looked at my nearly finished pack of cigs laid alongside my screwdriver and guess what. I didn't want the ciggies. I much prefered the e-cig!
THEN DISASTER STRUCK. I'VE LOST MY SCREWDRIVER.
I went to buy another but they're out of stock except for gold and I don't want gold.
PLEASE does anyone know when they might be available again?
Liz

Thankyou so much for all your replies. I am so sorry that I haven't been around. My computer wouldn't fire up and suddenly its started to behave itself again. So thats tomorrow sorted out - digesting all your advice and acting on it. An expensive day I guess!! Thank you all once again. Liz

Hi All,
Here I am. I long-time lurker and lapsed vaper.
Now I intend to get back on board but I stopped vaping because I had irregular/missed heart beats. I was only on 11% juice and was not a chain vaper. Did anyone else have this problem?
I was one of the first purchasers of Trogs marvellous Screwdrivers. I love it and its still going strong, although I think that I would like the bigger button that he now has.
Now I need some advice about pass-throughs. I gather that you just plug them into the computer and away you go. Do you have a choice of whether to have a button to activate or not. If there is a choice I would prefer to have a button. Is this what is meant by automatic/manuel? Which brand of pass through do you recommend for a good vape and reliability?
Is it possible to get a set-up that plugs into the mains and goes through a transformer into the e-cig without the computer. If this was possible I could have them all round the house. How handy that would be!!
One last query. I'm finding the juice I have a bit harsh on the mouth and throat. Can anyone recommend a nice smooth juice. I'm not bothered about flavour. I'll try anything once!
Sorry for all the questions and a big thankyou in advance to Chrissie and the gang for patiently dealing with this numpty.
I will probably have more questions before I get up to date again, but I think thats enough for now. I just looking forward to getting off real cigs and being able to breathe again and having a clean, fragrant house!
Many thanks Liz
