Think that's a question for karma, but I would not worry to much about using 18mg what strength you using at the moment?, do you have cravings very often? a couple of weeks ago I cut down to 8mg for about 4 days and found out that I was craving/Vaping more frequently during the day, so I used 2 Cartomizers one with 8mg and one with 18mg (think 8mg is a bit low as I smoked for 20 years!!)

I was on 24 mg when I started and found that it gave me headaches!! as I was Vaping way to much!! (I blame Vape Escape for the mega HS Menthol Sensation as it was soooooo nice!!), anyways I cut down to 18mg and I was ok with this I also use 8mg as I am trying to cut down on the nicotine (and hopefully get down to 0mg)

Not 100% sure how to match per ml to mg nicotine, but what mg nic you smoking at the moment?, good question btw

The 0.5mg is per cigarette so if you smoked the whole pack that would give you 10mg nicotine
