Thanksfolks will check with my doctor surely as i still have to do a checkup anyway. also will need to start mixing my own juice and need to get tobacco extracts and flavours but from which european vendor to buy the best stuff.
I currently love the El toro range it is superb and dont want to give it up after months of trying e liquids the El Toro for me remains the TOP BEST, looking foward to start my mixing lol

I would love to start trying to mix my own juices since it seems that after 5 months of vaping mainly on 50/50 pg/vg ration i am getting some chest pains and stomach pains not to talk about aches in back muscles (maybe due to lack of training). my concern is this...Is it hard to mix 100% VG juices. i know that flavour will be lost but can i add more flavour in 100%vg. Guidance is needed here dont want to end up doing some deadly mixture

For top e liquids i have tried many and these are the ones i like:
El Toro Eden (tobacco with a hint of green Apple) from houseofliquid
El Toro Cigarillos (amazing tobacco) from houseofliquid
El Toro Puros (amazing Cigar type tobacco) from houseofliquid
Tried also the Manily Vanilly from vapeescape grizwald and i have to say it is great

the last time i got a headached is 3 days ago when i got my Lavatube and chain vaping and it actually did not go away for 2 days i was even thinking of lowering nicotine level from 18mg to 10 or 11mg.
any suggestions?
