After getting a response from Imeo, I've managed to order a new tank and mouthpiece (and some ceramics, plastic bits, and O-rings) from the Greek outlet. I used the "Contact Us" bit on the site and Vassilis got back to me via email to set up everything.
It's certainly not cheap but it'll teach me not to drop it again!

I have numerous CE5s that are still going almost 6 months down the line, cleaning them once a week and dry burning will keep them going for literally months.

Dropping them from about 3 foot however will make them turn in to puddles of noxious gunk in miliseconds.

My advise would be to treat them well and they'll last you ages.
