Hey Des, I think you can use avery 5160 labels - these are address labels and are size 2.54cm x 6.68cm (hxw).

Flavourart - Orange
This is a really nice orange with a kind of sharp citrus grapefruit like zing to it. Very refreshing and not too sickly. Leaves a nice aftertaste and the vapour produced is not offensive! Could easily vape all day by itself or with a drop of MTS/EM.
Do not use much as it can easily overpower everything else. I use 10% in a 60/40 pg/vg mix. Tried 15% and verging on too strong.
This can be vaped straight away, a day or so steeping helps but not essential.
Can really recommend this. Tastes great with a bit of chocolate/vanilla. For even more refreshing zing, a few drops of menthol or koolada rounds this off nicely.
My overall score: 9/10

Im using the wick which came with Penelope, not sure what size it is to be honest!
Edit: It appears to be 3mm according to my measuring stick! Just looks thin in the ceramic.

What battery/mod are you using the penny on Ant? I had issues with it on a Ego twist. Sound advice from Blakey and a plinth sorted that out for me. I can now get it so tight you cannot even draw on it! I can also adjust the draw using the plinth, which is quite handy!
Re the juice control, I have mine open only ever so slightly too. Probably a 1/4 turn at most, any more and she gurgles!

Cheers for the advice and ill definitely make a blakey double wick on my next one! Vapes quite well though if I must say. the thing that gets me is I use my visions during the day when out and the flavour difference using a vision immediately after penelope is quite amazing. She makes the visions taste of plastic lol
One last thing, I left penelope upright on my desk and she leaked out of the centre post. Juice control was fully closed and nothing else changed. Any ideas what may cause this? Ive made sure that everything is as tight as can be so am confused!

Thats good to hear, thank you oneday! Its not the best coil, the joins are not the best and a few other issues that im not happy with. Took me a couple of goes to get it to coil right as the coil went into the wick and split the wick, restarted and copied igetcha69 (scotts) video for method of making the coil!
Now to fill her up and see how she vapes!

Ive just made my first coil for Penelope without using premade wires. As this is my first one, does it look all ok? Im a little concerned that the coil isnt fully in the center. It fires up fine but is it ok a couple of coils are touching the ceramic? Im using .212 nickel chrome, I am finding it quite hard to get higher than 1.8 ohms due to the length of the wire needed resulting in a lot of coils and the end result being the coil is too big for the base! As you can see, ive got 9 coils which are coming out at 1.8 ohms I have watched a thousand videos but still want to make sure! Any advice would be great.  |
