Oooooh. The kits have arrived!! I need to check the bank before I order any juices Already spent £52 on these. Am going to 'have-a-go' with these, then pick a day to stop!!  |

I certainly don't feel bullied. I'm 52 and smoked for 36 years.
Two years ago pancreatitis nearly took me from drinking. I stopped completely because of the fear of the pain returning. I don't want to wait for a heart attack to convince me to stop smoking

Just seems to be lots of figures, flavours, strengths, battery's etc. All a bit confusing for a poor old codger like me. I know I want/need the full strength ones; I don't think the size will worry me. (never had any complaints).
I think my biggest fear is not getting the 'hit' and grabbing the old baccy tin!!

Thank you all for your warm welcome. Many years ago the ex and I decided to give up. long story but we lived apart but were 'together', if you get my drift. I couldn't hack the giving up and some of the scrapes I got into trying to convince her I was still 'smoke-free' Worst was going down to that London to record 15-1 quiz show. Anyway! Black and white. What do I need and where should I buy it?

As a 50 a day rollie man I need to know which is strongest and which 'beginners' kit is best.
I read all the threads on the 'dark side' but I just need advice from the ground up.
