We have now fully refunded all the customers that have contacted us. If you havent yet please do so ASAP. We have also sent an email to all our customers to inform them of the situation. Please as also stated by others, dispose of the unit appropriately and do not post back to us. I have yet to receive any further emails by Smoktech regarding disposal instructions but have read dropping the unit in salt water will discharge the battery fully after a few hours.

Important:
Please note that all Grooves have been recalled by Smoktech. We will refund all our customers for the item purchased. We are waiting on instructions on the safest way to dispose of the Groove. If you are not happy to dispose of the unit once you have instructions you can post the item back to us and we will also refund your postage costs.
Please do not use the Groove at all.
We were emailed this morning by Smok but we only received the information this afternoon. Apologies in the delay on the update.
We will also contact each customer one by one just incase they do not see our posts on forums and home page and also product info on the groove.
