This is by far the simplest method and quickest way to rebuild the Spheroid with long lasting vape so say I

First you wanna get your wick, coil and foam cut (dimensions to follow) cause i aint got a ruler ???

Fold the wick ends over on themselves so the ends meet forming two loops and wrap your coil around it fairly tight, Im using 3mm silica wick and 0.20mm Kanthal A and should look like this but you may want to miss a loop if you are not using a VV / VW device.

The next bit is very important ... remove the two nuts from the base and put them in a bag for safe keeping and then you can start to wrap the lower peg coil around the threads till it's gone or just trim it off if if youve not followed my measurements and made it a mile long
The nuts are not used so your wrapping the coil around the poles.
Do the short leg first

And then the long one, fold back the wick and don't be afraid to tug at it

It should look like this after

Grab both ends of the wick and lift it over both poles so it's sitting over the air hole nicely.
When it's inline pull one end of the loop and pull the extended tale through so it comes nearer the coil and repeat for the other side.
It will be slanted because of the pole heights but if your particular just make a bigger loop on th other side and voila you have this with no trimming involved.


Wrap you filler either way left or right handed don't matter just better to follow the direction

And it will look like this

After that just push down the filler so it sits in the bell nicely

And fill with juice

Friggin hell, no wonder Todd does Video an Hr to do this and i could do all that in a minute so I hope it helps someone.
