yes i understand, the product was only placed on our website 2 weeks ago, and we did not notice we had described the product wrong , we have now changed the listing.
As i stated on the phone before we read the forums,
we can refund or replace for the kit he was after in the first place.

Hi firstly great forum lots of good info for newbies like me. I just bought my first electric cigarette. I got Boge classic starter kit from go 4 smoke off the vendor list. www.goforsmoke.com/boge-classic-starter-kit-1287-p.aspThe reason i went for this is because it said it was 510 threads and that seemed to look like it would make it compatible with a few other products and it would be easy to get replacement cartomisers and stuff. I filled my first cartomiser with juice and it seems ok but now looking at other vendors 510 cartomisers they look different to mine! All other 510 thread stuff i have looked at have the male thread on the cartomiser and the female on the battery my kit is the other way round. Where have i gone wrong or have they sent me the wrong kit? Hope someone can help. Al I think you are being very unfair, we got your first phone call today at 11am, and this was the first time we was made aware of this issue today, and we have allready stated we would swap the classic boge starter kit that was paid £19.99 for a better 510-t tank boge set for £24.99, and we said we would send out first thing monday morning. and we would change the description on the website. Forgive me for not checking the forums last night this is the first time i have saw this thread. we have been busy moving in our new shop in barnoldswick what launching on monday working very late nights. We try very hard on our customer service, im sure a lot of people are pleased with our service, and we are not a over charging company prices are very reasonable with just 99p postage. regards clare |

Delivery will now go to 99 pence, this is because all our orders now go out Recorded delivery, This is because of alot of small packets going missing, and should protect you the buyer and us the seller.

Most of our labels have now changed, from a clear lable to a metallic foil label, for more detail and warnings, as a result they will be a increase 10p per 10ml bottle starting from next week when all the process is done, these lables should be water proof and more scratch resistant.

I just stick to 1 thread saying news and stock updated, I dont see why vendors need 3 threads, it's just hard work keeping track of them all, if you use other websites to advertise your products and you have 5 and you had 3 threads in each one that's 15 threads to check everyday I find it quite pointless for the vendor, and I bet it's hard work monitoring them all from mods across the boards.

Wow if the media would just publish more great stories like this, we supply liquid to a guy who lives round the Corner from us, he's only got 1 lung he's had the other one removed due to lung cancer, he used to smoke 150grams of golden virgina a week, he's on a ventilator now, but I like going round not just to give liquid to him, but to see how he's doing, he's a great guy and has said many of times if it was not for vaping he would be dead. Gives my satisfaction that vaping does help people.

Sad news for small vendors, another hit :-[ I've also noticed since its been plastered all over the internet that pg is bad for you, more customers been ordering more vg based liquids. It's just like anything if you don't have in moderation, it's ok for them to allow young people to get toxicated on alcohol all the time with all the chemicals, and let children play call of duty running around with knifes stabbing each other brain washing them, or well  its only the tax there after with 1m vapers I'm sure there losing the fight. People just need to research the facts them self instead of listening to what the government spoon feeds them. |
