Just got my Ego-twist  and I'm shocked at the improvement it makes to vaping I haven't stopped since I got it. Everything I like plenty of vapor and throat hit I'm in vaping heaven  I better stop now I'll be setting off the fire sensors in my work  |

Yeah got my Bulldog T-TA rebuildable it's nice and shiny just need to figure out how to get the wick through the spike ??? |

Well done Graham in cutting down on 57 cigs a day. The most important thing is to get to a level where you are happy with what you are doing. It's a huge achievement what you have accomplished so far and you will surly see the benefits of that. I thought it was tough coming off 20 aday! Well done mate |

Know how you feel ewol I've been vaping for a month and sometimes feel I would kill for a fag :-[ but I just remember why I'm doing it the only way I've gotten this far is by changing all my habits from smoking changing tea times etc. I'm sure you will feel better soon and well done on getting this far |
