The glue I use should be fine, I've used it in computer mods before, and had no problems, however if I do build a batch, I will be using a proper 18650 holders, rather than just terminals, as I now know they will fit the tin I'm using.

lol it doesn't take much time really, just stopping every step to take a pic and add to the guide kinda piled the time on. I think I could have done it in about 90 mins if not, possibly quicker if I was used to building the circuit.
I am giving serious though to building a batch of these to sell, as I have had a few people say they would buy them if I did. If I do build a batch, who here would want to buy one??

To be fair Moon, with the right tools, and a little know how, anyone could do it. There are plenty of people here who are willing to help (as I've found), and the parts are cheap as anything.

Are the V3 clearos just as good as mini nova's? I use both, but have to say that the mini nova is better for some reason, not just the capacity, but somehow (even though the parts are almost identical), the mini nova produces a better vape experience. |

Goth m8 treat yourself to a new camera , or at least stop shaking with excitement when you take a pic lol I get uncontrollable shakes at times (side effect of meds), need to get a tripod I think Thanks Brian, I am already plotting my next project, and you can expect more of the same when I get round to it |

I am now venturing into VV cambo, as you said it is the next step. I have just built my own VV mod, but will also be ordering an ego twist or 2 on pay day, as I have heard nothing but good things about them, and I want to get into the LR side of things that my riva won't allow

Thanks guys, it took me most of the afternoon, typing a bit, connecting a bit, taking a pic, then type a bit more etc I wanted something that worked with my personality and dress sense, and this was the obvious choice, especially after I bought that drip tip (thanks for the tip off on that one Karma) |

A BIN finger is important, the ability to get vape mail without the other half knowing is also a skill to be mastered. I am now having my vape mail delivered to work on thursdays and fridays, as i know my other half is at her work when i get home. I've not come across it myself, but have heard of juices damaging the poly carb on the tank, and there does seem to be a selection of juices, it seems to be to do with the make up of the juice. As for softening/melting the plastic, that sounds more like a heat related issue, and not a juice issue (tho I may be wrong here). I am also a fan of the Vision ego, and just ordered a V3 "replaceable" version, as it was a few pence more then the non-replaceable.
I would look at the atty rating and the power the battery is kicking out, it could be that your wattage is a bit too high for the clearo.
To be fair, I have 3x i3/ce2, a mini nova, 2 CE4/CE5, and now getting another, and I have used a variety of juices (different brands, pg/vg mixes, nic levels, and flavours), and I've not had any real issues with any of my clearos
