I tend to let people try my skycig, and if the get on with that advise a riva or ego with a mini nova.
I do find most smokers find it hard to accept a riva/ego to begin with due to the size and look, but soon come round after a little time on a cig-a-like

Thumbs here with the exception of my mini ego, which tends to be used for stealth vaping, the i use my middle finger, with a loose fist, this hides everything except the drip tip

Ok, so I now have the biggest Vivi Nova on the market (to date) and my nice Aga-t, both of which look a little out of place on my egos & rivas. As such I am looking for a battery mod which my new toys will look good on. However I do have some important criteria....... the aga-t should be able to continue the line of the battery mod tube, The mod tube should be as small possible (so the lavatube is out ) and I need it to be cheap, preferably under £30 I am not too bothered if it is VV or not, I just want something cheap and cheerful, that is small enough to fit in my pocket, and will look good with the aga-t and any future attys of a similar type that I will end up buying. As I'm looking for the line of the mode tube and the line of the atty to flow, devices with ego threads are pretty much out I guess What would you guys suggest I get?? (pics would be a great help, especially with genesis type attys attached)

I am also looking in to making my own tin mod (inspired by your good self, gothiclord)....would it be cheapest buying the materials from the net or just popping over to maplins? glad to be an inspiration, and would have to say buy parts online, I went to maplins the other day to get some parts for another project (non vaping related), and looked at prices for the parts I would use for the tine mods, and they were a bit more expensive, and I couldn't have got everything I needed from there (e.g. 510 connectors and 18650 boxes). I also have found online vendors are more helpful than maplin, who staff seem more interested in playing with the stock than talking to customers. I would also have to add that it was watching Garrys mod building vids that inspired me, and the members here that filled in the blanks.

there is www.stealthvape.co.uk/ but I think warlord is cheaper for most of it, and in my experience, extremely helpful

I have had a number of requests now, both on here and at work, and it is something I am now planning to do, as I am enjoying building mods, and I know I will be able to shift anything I build, if not here, then I'm sure there would be takers on other forums.
I just need to get some tins in, and start building maybe 2 at a time to begin with

it cost me a few pence under £17 to buy the components (+p&p) from www.warlordsmods.co.uk/, and a couple of quid for the tin from ebay, it's a very cost effective build, with the mod able to run from 2.8v - 7.6v that I've tested, the display won't function much below 2.8v, and I don't have anything with high enough resistance to test above 7.6v
