I too am in the boat that it is far too overpriced when you can get something that does the same and more for a 10th of the price! Even if it is the case that it is better build quality and it wont break, if that is the only thing that it has going for it then I would still rather buy 10 vamo's!
To liken it to a car is silly really, car's are different and there is a major difference between owning a pug 106 and a aston martin - plus the aston martin is likely to break down more and cost more to run etc.
With something as simple really as an electronic cigarette, the cost being this high is just absurd! The only reason it is still this price is because it was one of the first to put this technology in but now the technology is widespread, how can they justify the cost?

I've just emailed him again asking him to send a replacement order via ems so I can have it in a timely manner - i think its ridiculous having to wait this long!

Well, it's now a week since I originally contacted him an still have not hearxd anything back (after 3 emails). I ordered on 30/11 and think this is disgusting service! I understand that there are issues but to not even contact customers who have got in touch with them is appalling.
RObby - just wondering how you manage to get in touch with him so frequently - maybe you have some different contact details?

The good thing is there are 2 levels of claim with paypal - you can open a dispute which basically just tells the seller you are unhappy then if you get no response you can upgrade it to a claim should you need to.

It's not your fault at all Robby so dont feel responsible, it was our choice to place the order, you just found a cracking deal which has helped many people out and saved them lots of money. Unfortunately there are still some who havent received theirs and are angry that they are not getting a reply. I have opened a dispute in Paypal to see if that get's their attention, if not, after the 24 hours, I will upgrade it to a claim so that I can get my money back.
Thanks for your assistance so far Robby, you've done everyone on here a great service going back and forth and it's much appreciated.

Ordered on 30th November. For me that's a long time to be waiting. I know it's not what everyone will agree with but maybe look into using the PayPal claim back thing. I have just emailed him - 3rd time with no reply - to say that unless he makes contact with me within the next 12 hours, I shall be opening a paypal claim - I'm glad Im not the only one that thinks it is out of order. I could understand if it was a case of me just not receiving it but its the fact I have had no contact that makes it worse. Now I have given him the chance to get in touch or I will claim the money back through other means.
