I think all liquids are somewhat electrically conducting. Most importantly we can keep of our tin foil hats. For now it looks like it's just been bad packaging and has nothing to do with the tobacco companies lobbying. TNT, although expensive, will still ship bottles.

Just signed up to answer this question.  According our sources there has been a shipment of liquid and batteries in a single box. The liquid bottles apparently started leaking onto the batteries and caused a short circuit. You can imagine yourself what happened next… |
