I'm not going to beat myself up if I do have a few. I fully expect to willing try at least one at some point to see what it tastes like By this point with champix, NRT's and cold turkey I am usually climbing the walls with the cravings.

I would also feel extremely sad, as though I had lost a friend. I know that sounds stupid but I would go into some kind of mourning for the blasted things. I would also eat like a horse and want to snack constantly but today I have had none of this oh and my husband said I can't forget the mood swings that would come within half an hour of attempting to quit in the past

So by the time I retire this evening I will probably have not smoked 30 cigs (I am 20 a day through the week 30-40 on a weekend) which is a bonus regardless of what tomorrow brings.

Another noob question, I am starting to enjoy using the clearo now but I think I am going to be a vaper that likes a few different juices in one day. If I bought more clearo's do they have stoppers like the cartomisers so I could carry two or 3 filled to interchange?

That's hubby's Riva and more juice ordered. Almost £100 already spent on vaping this month so it has to work for us both, failing now just is not an option

Probably a very noob question but does the amount of nicotine in a juice alter the flavour? The juices I am trying are doing their job but not as satisfying on the taste buds as I had hoped they would be and I am always left with quite a strong after taste. Very much like smoking which is why I am wondering if this is the nicotine and if I could control it with lowering the dosage.

I put the black jack juice into a cartomiser and that seems to be a more acceptable level for me throat hit wise there just isn't quite enough vapour but I am sure I will get used to that. I think I do need less nicotine when I buy the next lot though, my vaping needs aren't sated but I can't vape more because I have that nicotine head rush

Right now I feel very positive this will actually work for me once I get to grips with what's right for me

Riva arrive about 20 minutes ago, I loaded up the clearomiser with mintoff juice. Turned it on and went to chug away and nothing so I am presuming I will have to push the button to get anything. So I pushes the button and take a drag. Result in me coughing and spluttering as it hits the back of my throat, away I go to have a little more practice i think. I either get too much throat hit or not enough vape at the moment

I have made the jump and ordered the riva and a pick and mix pack. So fingers crossed this time next week I will be well on the way to been a vapour rather than a smoker.
