I purchased a v2 lavatube from wize-cigs.co.uk. Faulty from the start and eventually died completely, over-priced also. Took back to shop, seller was obnoxious, rude and arrogant, refunded and then refused to serve me, on the basis I mentioned the product was faulty on his facebook page, this is only because he failed to respond to messages, he is review critical and filters comments to only include the good. Not a good seller, use someone else instead, unless you want to risk issues when things go wrong
