It could be a false positive but no need to take chances Looking forward to the new link colour The improvements made over past weeks, especially changes to fonts, have really made the forum more eye-friendly, Chrissie scylla

The clearo thingy looks an improvement, particularly, on the surface, the mouthpiece. scylla

Thanks, Foxy there wasn't anything last time I looked. I've really got my hands full with the owlets, especially now that Merlin (the newly named No1) is venturing up and out and about. Mama PPO has to go into hospital with a bad cough, specialists are going to try to catch her tomorrow (cameras will be turned off, bah!) and take her to an avian vet. It is hoped that Papa will feed the chix, if not the "landlords" have a back-up plan. Chick No2 is called Timka. OMG! There's a wicked wind at the eyrie just now scylla

Nicky, am horrified to hear about your illness - never heard of a gangrenous gall bladder but I know that if anything goes wrong with them they're damn painful scylla

HC have got their own logo on these so I think they (thought that) they'd chosen carefully. I must ask Perpy if she's had other feedback on them. scylla

Owlets' progress Last night No1 chick climbed up onto the pillar for the first time: Chicks think Mama is an intruder cos she drops off the pillar (an unfamiliar direction for her to come from) with a treat: scylla

I don't know about that Anne but I would think it's a good idea. The last clear DC carto I started (with plenty of juice in it) burned and I couldn't get rid of the horrible taste so had to bin it. It's the first one that's done that to me. Regarding the thread title - that's a bit misleading, Andy, I thought you had the same problem as I've had with 2 of Health Cabin's clear DC cartos - they're literally cracking just little tiny cracks at the screw end and not many of them, but enough to make the thing unstable. Cracking was a big problem with early-ish versions of clearomisers, I think that problem has been "cracked" now scylla

Lol, Kat DES, I love your wordy one Here's my contribution: The first testicular guard, the "Cup," was used in Hockey in 1874 and the first helmet was used in 1974. That means it only took 100 years for men to realize that their brain is also important. That one's particularly for River and Blakey scylla
