Am i right in thinking the ce4 is a nova equivalent of the ego v4 and is better? And battery wise do I go for ego's vv - mini - standard... too many choices!

Hi all - I'm relatively new to vaping and have done three months on a combination of skycigs and disposables. I was doing great until last weekend when I dropped my last battery in the hot tub!
I've decided I love the concept and that it works so I'm looking for something to give me a bit more. After a lot of research on here I'm not getting any closer to actually making a purchase so was hoping you good people could help me out!
What I'm looking for is the most cost effective and satisfying device (including maintenance and replacement parts) which is small enough to take to the pub and good enough to use as my main. Something along the lines of a vgo2 perhaps? A Riva 510/ 1100 - viva mini...
Any help much appreciated
