Although a 5 second draw at 17 Joules would be a total of 85 Joules

I deffo dont use high watts and although there is more vapour exhaled with a lung hit, I just find it more flavoursome and satisfying.

I have the SX350 M with a Kanger Sub Ohm Mini at 17 joules, 420f with a .16ohm Ni200 coil, using home made custard 12mg

My other set-up is a ChinaFlask with a Sub Ohm Mini at 30 watts, 480f with a Kanger sub ohm Ni200 OCC head, using Pixiejuice Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream also 12mg.

The flavour is equally better on both using lung hit than it was mouth to lung. Although the throat hit is less, it lasts for the full draw, so for me, it is more satisfying.

Found this, which sort of mirrors what I did in the previous posts and the results are not so different.

I was firing for twice as long as this guy.

I think we expect the cotton to stay pure white, but if it is barely discoloured on virgin dry cotton with a 10 second fire.....then perhaps that is good enough.

Perhaps the SX350 M is the most accurate mod to date and it is all the others that are wrong

We will have to wait until P Busardo gets it rigged up to his measuring kit.

Here is my take on it so far.

At 300f there was a slight mark on the wick. This was done on bone dry Jap Cotton.

I had previously vaped the coil for a few weeks, just mild dry burns and wick changes.

Decided to replace coil and re-try.

Still slight colour changes to the wick from 400f upwards, nothing below 400f. But I was getting colour changes on the VF clone, so not that much difference.

I have not had any dry hits on the old wick or the new one.

There is no way that that I would try and vape the cotton until it was bone dry as I would re-fill long before that point.

I have to make adjustments whenever I change mods and atties from one to the other, so this is no different. The main reason for me buying it was to reduce the chances of dry hits and burnt juices and in my short time of owning the SX350, it had achieved this......only time will tell.

It is difficult to make comparisons when you are comparing apples to oranges most of the time.

I believe letsavit`s SX Mini M may well have been a faulty one.

I also think that Yihi will receive feedback from early adopters which will result in revisions of the firmware being released.

I have my setting at Standard and this boosts the initial temperature to above the temperature set.
At 560f it was yo-yoing between "595f" and down to "Dry Coil"
