My wife has just got this phone,when she makes or receives a call the are several little boxes pop up on the bottom of the screen,one of these says end call but sometimes the boxes disappear and she has no way to cut off the call,does anyone have one with the same problem and how do you solve it,thanks.

Well it was a strange meeting,lasted only 15 mins.Remember i was lied to 3 times and he proceeded to tell me we all make mistakes and his colleague who lied to me is a close friend,he would trust him with his kids and he is a god fearing church go-er,i was a bit thrown by this but replied with the words that when he attends church on sunday maybe it would be a good idea if he visited the confessional booth.He said we don't offer compensation to which i replied i don't want any,i just want to sleep in peace and i told him what we would like which is the kitchen,bedroom and en-suite soundproofing.He kept repeating the fact that if he offered anything it could open the floodgates for claims,so i reminded him that his colleague said nobody else in the Yorkshire area was complaining and the fact he was worried about it was a contradiction,if nobody was complaining then there would be no floodgates.I asked him what my options are and he said they don't want to go to court to which i agreed provided they were prepared to rectify the situation.It was left at that point and he said he would discuss it with his boss and would get back to me at the end of this week or beginning of next when i will find out if or what they are prepared to do.

Obviously they know something is wrong with the property otherwise they would not be willing to discuss a "goodwill offer".Getting them to admit it is another problem.

I will be happy if they agree to correct the kitchen,bedroom and en-suite

Today is the day for negotiations,fingers crossed please.I will let you know how it goes.
