Meant to say customer service sorry,if it was just one bad experience i would agree but there have been numerous,they seem to reply to emails with a standard answer sheet and if you are delayed in answering they close the case,sorry but they are rubbish regardless of the fact they helped me to start vaping.

I smoked about 20 roll ups daily but i never have the vaper out of my gob.We used to have to smoke out the back door so it was a bind getting up and down(and painful) but because there is no smell vaping it gets used all the time.

Thanks i may try that,i sent a faulty new battery back to them and they are denying all knowledge of it and refusing to replace it,i have already told them i am posting my experiences on forums(no names).

This was my first venture into vaping and i used skycig to buy 2 kits for my wife and i,(before i knew of this forum),i will not use skycig again as i have had 2 mains chargers and 2 usb leads fail on me in the last week as well as the useless batteries lasting 20 minutes.We have upgraded now but my wife likes to use them when shes out due to the size.Avoid skycig but most of you veterans know that.I need to buy 2 new mains chargers now so codes welcome.

Just noticed it says 50% off everything and in the same box it says discount applies to what is in the ad box but it did accept the 50% off.
