Having tried a few different mixtures and suppliers i still haven't found a decent throat hit,i tried more pg and it was a bit better but not a lot.What do you find gives you a great throat hit and is tobacco flavoured like amber leaf or virginia and where from.

The only tobacco flavour i've tried is ry4 and like, mostly flavours i vape. And when i feel like a change its ry4 from, www. liberty-flights.co.uk but i mix my own, at 24mg nicotine

Nic level and PG level both contribute to throat hit, as does moving the airflow away from the wick on genesis setups, but its mostly the liquid, I find Old holby from Vapeescape has a decent throathit and heard good reports about Amber leaf double flavour from oksmokey.

In the order of effectiveness;
1. More nicotine=Increased throat hit.
2. Hotter vape ie., top coil attachments= Increased Throat Hit
3. More PG = Increased throat hit
The converse is also true.

How you vape also matters. Short puffs into the lung don't do it. Long slow drag, or short (to wake up the atty) then long, or vapour in the mouth then suck it fast into the lungs - lots of techniques.
