Hello James, My juice arrived this morning! Really impressed with the service and the juice. I have to say, I really didn't expect you to get it here pre-Christmas... and with a surprise Christmas pressie all wrapped up too! LOL I guess you are now my premium juice supplier! Merry Christmas to you and yours! I hope the New Year see's you go from strength to strength. Sean Edit... Fiona is sooooo impatient (I still have to hide her Christmas presents!) that she has unwrapped the Christmas gift James included! I won't tell anyone what it is at the moment in case it spoils whatever they've received. However, in with the wrapped gift were two samples of juice! One was Rum flavoured (I love Rum!) and the other was Pina Colada (Fiona loves coconut!). Without knowing it, James could not have gotten it more right! So much so that I had to phone him and thank him immediately... what a nice gentleman he sounds too! |

Just made my first and last post on TW Forums... I'm guessing that both it and I may not be around for long! Hello All,
I'm the disappointed newbie that has been mentioned here by Chrissie and others. Not going to bang on about shoddy business practices and respect for customers as from what I've seen here, the post would be likely to get deleted or at least drowned by the biased fan-posters. Suffice to say, so far, TW has not impressed me.
However, I'd like to address a couple of points and defend a very helpful lady who has given me good advice and guidance on my first steps into the world of vaping.
But judging by your slanderous remarks in this thread...
Mod Team attack? The best way to defend an unhappy poster! I'd appreciate it if you could point out exactly where these 'slanderous remarks' are. If you can't, then why bother saying it.
...I think it ended early cause it broke the bank...
Who cares? The sale was advertised with a specific end date. If it broke the bank, then again I'd point to shoddy business practice. Who, if they want to be successful, makes a sales promotion that may break the bank? Surely the pros and cons to the business must have been considered before launch? I'm a potential customer, the business considerations aren't my consideration or my concern.

I'd refer you to my above comment as it applies here too. Are you really the only person in your company that could deal with this? Why not spread the responsibility around a little?

No, you come on! You made an offer to your customers and then failed to honour it. Your (potential) customers are entitled to moan.
Leaves a sour taste in my mouth how demanding some people are.. It truly does...
These demanding people are paying your wages and putting food on your table. YOU should appreciate THEM more!

Can you point this post out please as my old eyes can't find it. It's me that has been put off purchasing from TW ever again. I prefer not to trade with retailers that don't honour their word.

Anyway, that's my first and last post on these forums... I don't expect it to last long but hey, it got it off my chest. I'm off now to browse the many other retailers out there that TW appear so afraid of...

...(& feel so bad especially for Pinhead) that he ended it early without any warning... That's really nice of you Chrissie, but please don't feel bad on my behalf - I'll survive the minor setback and will resume the search again very soon. As for TW, regardless of what offers they have in the future, they will never see a penny of my money. I'm not partial to retailers that don't keep their word and would rather pay over the odds than support such a business. Sean |

Not very pleased! I refreshed my basket this morning to find that all discounts had gone! Just spoken to them on the phone and was informed that the sale has ended. When I queried that I thought it was on until tomorrow, the lady I spoke to briefly put me on hold and then came back to say that the director has ended the sale. >  > I had £150 worth of stuff in my basket...
