I've been lucky Ian... I'm one of those annoying people that can turn their hand to pretty much anything creative, although it may take more than one go to perfect things!

Hello Christy,

Pat yourself on the back... you have just made one of the best decisions of your life!

I was a 20 a day smoker (Marlboro Gold) and stopped dead on New Years Eve having vaped in unison with a few ciggies for a week or so. I won't say that I don't have to odd urge to spark up here and there but on the whole, I can honestly say that I haven't missed the fags and not once have I ever actually considered going through with the urge. Also, I am/was in the same boat... I enjoyed a smoke!

You'll get loads of support, great advice and friendly encouragement here... and not one judgemental voice.

Follow the best advice I was given here when I invaded... it came from Chrissie I belive but has been repeated by many others... if you 'have' to have a cigarette, then have one... but don't count the cigarettes you've smoked, count the ones you haven't!

Have been looking for info on how to do flashlight mods on t'internet but can't really find much. If I could, I'd have a go a making them.

I'm quite handy with a soldering iron and have soem good modelling skills that would come in handy too...
