I think I'd throw up now if I had a cigarette. It would be great to hear why all the sellers started vaping.  I can honestly say i do feel sick just thinking about stinkies now, used to really enjoy them but now they just smell disgusting to me |

My 6 year old daughter asked if i would goto heaven because i smoked , as on the tv she saw an advert and the boys dad was ill from smoking. And that was it i stopped and started vaping, ive explained to her that now its just like water and she doesnt need to worry. She even said to the missus we could get daddy a new water pipe for his birthday  , i taught her how to spell provari  Was very upsetting to think she was worried about my becoming ill or worse. She even told her friends that id given up smoking bless her! Th i think that helped towards making it so easy to give up the stinkies |

Strawberry with balsamic vinegar
Ingredients
16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and large berries cut in half
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
Directions
Place strawberries in a bowl. Drizzle vinegar over strawberries, and sprinkle with sugar. Stir gently to combine. Cover, and let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour but not more than 4 hours. Just before serving, grind pepper over berries.

Went to a birthday party last night, was a good night, although im suffering now I kept going outside for a vape! And the barmaid said you can use that indoors if you like , but i continued using it outside as it was nice to get out of the loud music. So for all you locals looking to hire a hall, the harefield club is vape friendly Also had a lot of people asking about it and some said they were going to look into it. I did direct afew to this site, which got me thinking Is there away we could have some kind of printable card (business card size ) that we could print of, would be handy to keep 2 or 3 in my wallet to give to people, hadto ask the barmaid for a pen and paper afew times. Oh yeah and no analogues for me, think i cracked it now Mat |

Good on ya matt.......I'm still sneaking the odd analogue in, but considering I was on minimum 30 a day, I'm quite pleased with myself and am now having 4-5 a day...........Strange you mention strawberry, as I was fantasising about that flavour earlier.....Is it a good vape? Well ive only tried the one and its from ecigsforyou (steve386 website) It is lovely, i thought it was going to taste like a strawberry flavouring but it doesnt, it tastes like fresh strawberry I took 5 ml of it and put 5 drops of his mentholyptus in and that is lovely to |

For me the key is a long slow inhale and hold in mouth for a second. After that you can inhale as deeply or shallowly as you want and blow it out of whichever orifice you like Exactly as i do I do stick to nose and mouth though |

Well thats 2 weeks done without a analogue, and as the title says it has been easy A couple times this week i have woke up with the taste of a analogue in my mouth for some reason but never gave into temptation, not when i have some strawberry liquid  . Was ever so slightly concerned for a few days about the stuff that i was coughing up  , but read it was due to the fact my lungs were having a clear out, and i feel so much better already, i can breath deeper, i feel fresher ( if that makes any sense ). I notice the difference when im walking the dogs, i can walk faster for longer and ive even started running with them. So far so good, and my kids are really pleased ive given up smoking as the horrible adverts used to scare them Thanks everyone for all your help and advice and heres to the next 2 weeks Mat |
