Davey, if I where you I would get onto VapeEscape ASAP I believe they are there today and order a new battery and charger and sort it out with your vendor when they come back. If you can reach them before 3 o clock they will send it out today and it will be there tomorrow Yes I've done that and went ahead and ordered an ego charger with the cord on it , no idea where the problem lies but hopefully we'll get there in the end....

Well the problem I have had with the first battery has happened to my second battery as well , I'm gutted to say the very least and totally stumped as this is all new to me and maybe I am doing something wrong but I wouldn't have thought so....The charger I have with the kit is a little black plug that plugs into the mains with a usb slot on it and a tiny black usb plug with the ego thread on the end......When I plug it in the little green light comes on which I believe is supposed to then next once I screw in my battery the light on the charger turns red ? After leaving the battery screwed in for well over 12 hours the light still remains solid red ? So then when I unscrew my battery there is no red or blue light coming from it no matter how many times I click it ? Even when it's actually screwed in and on charge I would have thought the battery itself would show some some sign of life ? So any ideas anybody ? Is the charger not working or are the batteries themselves broken ? Surely not though I've only had the kit for a few days and I'm gutted to say the least or am I doing something that's blatantly obviously simply wrong ? I'm at a dead end as to what to do , can't even get in touch with vendor as they're on a break for the holidays.....

Well almost the end of day two and no lapses so no fags smoked even when out at the pub before the match today...Really pleased with my e-cig so far just gutted that one of the batteries appears to be broken already after only one day of use.....I've tried moving the centre pin as described but it has made no difference , there is just no lights on re or blue no matter how many times I click it....Looks like I'm gonna have to order a new battery from somewhere already.... >

Hi hgvroy.... Yes it's all very exciting I agree with you.....Not had a fag at all today yet either but today will be a big test for me as I'm off to the match shortly and we always meet in the pub for a few pre-match bevvies and we always stand in the beer garden amongst the smokers so I'm taking my ego out with me so fingers crossed I'll get through that tricky stage ok.... Today I'm on strawberry menthol from paradise-vape and I have to say I'm loving it...... On another note I think one of my batteries is goosed already , the one I had been using all day christmas day finally went dead just before bedtime last night so I put it on mains charge through the night and this morning I can't get any light red or blue or flashing on it at all no matter how many times I click it ?? The little usb light on the charger was red when I put it on charge and was still red when I got up is this normal ? Is the battery supposed to be turned on or off or does it not matter at all when you plug it into mains ? Hope I can get it working as I would hate my other "working" battery to go down the same road after only one day...

Hi all.... Well let me start first of all by saying it's almost the end of the day and I haven't had a single ciggie at all even through all the stresses christmas day with twin girls brings with it so that's got to be a good thing So anyway onto the whole vaping thing....As I originally stated my "kit" is two ego-c 650 batteries and after using for the first time today the light has just turned from blue to red on the one I have been using so I presume this is normal on this kind of battery ? I've tried out three or four of my different juices and I'm enjoying them especially "gummy-bear" flavour , anyway when I press the button is the gurgling/crackling sound supposed to be there ? Also when I take a drag I appear to have to "suck" really quite hard to get any sort of hit and also when doing so I can hear loads of air coming from sort of the top of the clearomiser , drip tip kind of area so am wondering also is this totally normal as well ? The four clearomisers with the kit are all of the ce-4 type so am I right in thinking that these are of the "throw-away" type and cannot be cleaned as I don't seem to be able to unscrew them at any point ? Probably getting ahead of myself here but when these are all finished with and I have to invest in new ones would I be wise in going for the vivi nova type clearo with the spare changeable and cleanable heads that many on here seem to be fond of ? Overall though in summary I'm absolutely delighted and thrilled to bits so far but like I say it's only day one !! Hope you can answer some of them queries..... Thanks for your support guys/gals.... Regards Davey

Only one more day to go now until I'm allowed to unwrap my new pressie......I've got a total of 29 different flavour juices to get through as well all 5ml bottles , surely from that lot I'll be able to find a favourite.... Tomorrow can't come soon enough if I'm honest.....

Many many thanks for the replies from you lovely people , oh and how quick you've responded , that's great..... The Griswalds are 20mg and the ones from the other site are 18mg..... Wouldn't say I'm a particularly heavy smoker right now roughly 15 a day I would imagine , I'm hoping the strenghts of juices I've chosen are gonna be fine for a newbie.... Itching to give it a go but like I say only 7 days to go and then I can enjoy myself on xmas day (touch wood) experimenting with all the flavours... Regards

Hi all.... New today to the forum but have done plenty reading of the threads to gain research before ordering my starter kit which arrived in the post today.... I went for the CE-4 traveller kit from vapourworld.co.uk which includes two 650amh batteries , 4 CE-4 clearomisers , usb and mains charger , empty bottle and a 5ml sample of popcorn e-juice and a nice case.... Also arrivied today were 10 5ml Griswalds juices from vape escape.co.uk and 8 5ml juices from paradise vape.co.uk... I promised myself and the wife that I'd pack in the analogues on christmas day this year and I'm hoping that once I start to vape then that will be bye bye to the nasty weed..... I've charged up both the batteries and I'm so tempted to give it a go right now but like I say I've given myself a date so I'm gonna stick to it , only 7 days to go now after-all..... Just wondering how easy did people find it to make the switch ? Oh and a big hello to all I'm loving the forums......
