It's def a genuine head as I bought it from Jason.....A bit like the one on the left but the metal bit on top of the rubber piece is actually a bit taller than the one in your photo

It's a genuine original vivi nova that I've used for ages as for the heads they are also genuine but this time the ones that I've been sent to me have a little pointy metal bit on the top ? No idea why it's there , never was there on other ones I've ordered in the past.... It just means that I'm unable to screw the top cap on properly so I pulled the little metal bit off to make it fit.... It doesn't shock as I pick it up , only when I press the button , need to state it's not every time I fire it just occasionaly but always when I put it to my mouth I'm a little aprehensive as to if I'm gonna shout "Ow" or not.....

Hi all.... Anybody any idea why I keep getting a little shock while I take a draw on my vamo ? I've just put a new head in the nova but it didn't fit properly so I took off the little metal bit on the rubber grommet at the top of it so I could get it to fit properly...I'm sure you know the bit I mean sorry haven't got a picture..... Could this be the reason why it's giving me a shock ?

Your amounts look right to me for the pg/VG ratio your after, the flavouring is carried in PG so you have to take that into account. Leave it a couple days try it again, and them start tweaking would be your best bet mate Although looks like you're working to 20 drops = 1ml, are all your droppers the same size? Different liquid has different velosity so can through your mix out slightly. Yes the 20 drops =1ml theory although I didn't achieve 5ml more like just under 4... Going to add a few drops of PG and leave it overnight and see what its like tomorrow..... The flavour is great set at 8watts on my vamo just it seems far too strong hence the head spin.....

I'd recommend leaving it at least a couple of days before you try it, give it time to bed the flavour in. I'd also recommend a better team Not on your nelly lol.......40 years of heartache folllowing them useless sods..... I'll leave it to infuse for a bit then.....

Into the world of making/mixing your own liquids..... OK so its not exactly a mix as it's my first attempt so it is with just one flavour (Capella Boston Cream Pie) I tried to achieve 5ml of 18mg 60PG/40VG using the following..... 34 drops of PG Nicotine base 52mg 46 drops of VG 20 drops of Capella.... I have absoulely no idea on the finished results strenght after vaping a few draws on my vivi nova but it seems very very strong indeed not so much in flavour or throat hit but it seems to have my head spinning as if I'm high ?? Have I gone wrong somewhere or do I just simply add some more VG or PG to lessen the head rush ?

Hi all quick update and big thanks to last post from dave..... It turns out there is nothing at all wrong with the centre pin , it was just my own silly fault as without realising at all it appears I've somehow or other managed to unscrew the head slightly when removing the top cap..... Three times in a row though I manged to do that , what a doughnut lol.....
