pipe are readily available as a bowl only
the stems come all different shape and sizes
you could take a look on epipemods they have the long stems you talk about ,,but be warned they are pricey :-((

only thing for me to add is to perhaps find out if u have a local shop/market stall that u can sample juices and see the kit for yourself before buying :-)
