do you send them pic or can you describe what you want? ie I'd love a Cadbury purple one with black paw prints, dogs, cats and rats going up or around it You have to send picture too them But that said you cand send more than one pic and explain how you want it to look They have a design team and mail back and forth with the end product They are very good with communications and u don't pay a penny till your happy with the end product :-) Hope this helps |
