I think the only tracking from abroad, after it joins Royal Fail is after you sign for it at the door. I hope I'm wrong, for the sake of the folk whose parcels actually got out of China/Hong Kong. You would think that they would track parcels with a barcode, even if only for internal RM info  and then they could deal with complaints, especially when Customs says it has been given to RM but then disappears ??? It`s a bit scary to think that they have no idea what happens to a parcel between Customs releasing it and it getting through your door  Royal Mail have no info that they ever received the package and Customs say they cleared the package hmmmm twilight zone maybe On the plus side FT have finally agreed to investigate at long last  |

To be fair, it is not just FT. I had a Health Cabin order bounced back by customs a little while ago - no juice and no batteries in it either! Point taken but customs have confirmed that package was released to Royal Mail on the 6 May but FT will not acknowledge package is lost even after a month - they just keep saying "wait another few days and it will be delivered" SIGH |

Arrrrgh what do I do now My order from Fasttech was dispatched on the 25 Apr and was marked as "arrived in destination country GB" on the 4 May - it never arrived Now playing ticket ping pong with them, they are standing by that the shipment has not been lost so I have to wait until its delivered Its been over a month now since it allegedly arrived in the UK why wont they accept package has gone walkabout!! icon_shoppingm Anyone have similar experiences with FT Cheers Start a PayPal dispute immediately . . . you've 45 days from the date of purchase to do that, so not much time to initiate one now! Thanks Perpetua just raised dispute me thinks now they were stalling so the 45 day period would expire Really disappointed in their attitude  |

Im still waiting for gear to be delivered to my UK addy from Fasttech - though tracking says it arrived in the UK on the 4 May!! Now playing support ticket ping pong with them, they still wont accept that its lost Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh  |
