Must admit I like the total % of flavour to be between 20 and 25%, but use 20% for single flavours. There again like the women above, I like strong well-defined flavours, and anything less just doesn't cut the mustard for me! Andy Mmm... mustard...  |

Well, yesterday's tasting didn't go particularly well... The Raspberry Piffle had too much raspberry in it... The Bohemian Raspberry also had too much raspberry in it... I shall cut down on the raspberry in future. Tonight, some experimentation. I shall add some other stuff to those two and see how it turns out  The positive from last night is that a few drops of DDL had improved the Cinnamon Danish |
