Thanks Dave. When you say "one-shot" concentrates are they also called "Short fill" where the PG/VG is already there and you just add (or in my case don't add) the required nic? This is like my Clown Drooly Or are they the pure concentrates where you also add the PG/VG. I'm pretty sure I have purchased Red Astaire from T-Juice this way in the past. I really do need to get caught on on the lingo again. Will check out Chefs Flavours and thanks for the tips on steeping times. I have an extremely sweet tooth and love my dessert vapes. Seemingly all my favourites tend to be 70/30 VG/PG as a minimum and that's what I plan to mix at. The self mixes are just an experiment really as I used to make a few last time around. Those Mesh coils are working for me, but OMG the amount of juice they get through. No issue with that, but if I can also create something to my liking to vape alongside the short fills even better. On the plus side despite being guzzlers the mesh coils just seem to last and last. I mean It's been a long time... last time around I think the Vamo was the cool thing to have for those just about advancing past total newbie stage. EDIT. I sussed it. I took a look at Chefs Flavours and realise now that One-shots are pure concentrates? chefsflavours.co.uk/manchester-tart-30ml-epic-shots/Manchester tart. Back in the day (some 40 years ago), it was the main reason not to skip school that day. Looks like the credit card will be getting hammered in the morning. Thanks for the link.

Hey all, it's been far too long. Probably six years or more. After falling off the vape train full time all those years ago and several mostly unsuccessful/aborted attempts to climb back aboard a strange thing happened one night just over a week ago. I was having a late-night when disaster?? struck. I picked up my pouch of stinky Amber Leaf with just about enough left for another three rollies. (un)Fortunately, I picked the pouch up wrong and tipped it all over the carpet and no shops still open. So what to do? Well, I picked up my neglected GeekVape Aegis mod and found an unopened bottle of Clown Drooly to tide me over until the morning. Morning came and it was raining. Afternoon came and it was raining harder still. Just after tea-time, it stopped raining but I never did replace that pouch of baccy. Here's the thing though. I was on 30-40 roll-ups a day. The Drooly was (and still is no-nic), I do have some nic'd up Red Astaire leftover from previous attempts but I have barely touched it and have just received a fresh bottle of no nic Red Astaire for when the need arises. But I really have no idea how I managed to go from 40 rollies a day to vaping no nic without issue. I don't miss them at all not even my favourite first one of the day that accompanied my first coffee of the day. Admittedly just before my last aborted attempt, a friend recommended mesh coils and to crank up the voltage if I wanted to do no nic (accompanied by the warning of how much juice I'm likely to get through.) So on that fateful night, I did exactly that. That was the first time I ever used a mesh coil. (I'm back at more regular voltage now.) So did these "magical" mesh coils make it so easy? If so I guess things have moved on so much in the vaping world in the last few years? One question though. I am looking at making some of my own mixes again. They will hopefully all be no-nic. So are the steeping rules the same or are longer steeping times recommended? Either way, it's great to be back.

An adapter would be the first thing to try Davey - threads do wear, some more than others and it only takes the odd tank or clearomiser with a rough thread to wear them quicker. Vamo's are usually the worst when used with RBA's. I'll look at the options with you when you contact. Thanks for that VE Jason .Will probably be mid week after my night shifts.

Hey all, Has anyone using an MVP 2 had any issues with clearo's/tanks no longer threading onto the MVP? It started with the odd iClear30 and 30S not seeming like it was screwing in tight. Now it's pretty much useless and will actually only take one iClear 30S. To troubleshoot I dug my Vamo out and everything screws in fine so I'm pretty sure its the MVP2 rather than the iClears. I purchased it from VE Jason in November last year so only four months of fairly constant usage. Just wondered if anyone has a suggestion or has had any similar issues?

I have been working my way through T-Juice as well. Having already tried MTF, RA and JTR I ordered the concentrates. At the same time I took a punt on Cherry Choc and Forest Affair to the order. Cherry Choc actually smells pretty bad so I'm gonna let it steep a while longer. Forest Affair is a different matter. I do like my fruits and was really disappointed with Green Steam and its awful herby (Quintessence) after taste. But Forest Affair? Just wow!! Its extremely subtle in the same way as MTF. Blueberry I get, Blackberry I Get. Raspberry not so much. I get a whole load of other tastes too. What I get more than anything is a saturated mouth afterwards. OMG this stuff really makes my mouth water...more than anything I have tried before. So far Jack the Ripple 10/10 Red Astaire 9.5/10 Green Steam 2/10 Quintessence 0/10 Colonel Custard 4/10 Forest Affair 10/10 Vamp Vape 3/10 Minty the Toff 8.5/10 Afro Dizziac 8.5/10 Cherry Choc ???? Either it needs to steep more or I hope it tastes better than it currently smells. Probably the only one left for me to try is now High Voltage.. I do quite like Cherry Menthol but someone mentioned a Marzipan taste with it, so that has really peaked my interest and will be on my next order.

Vanillin Crystals add a creamier element and a little sweetness to a mix daveyboy37 . . . plus it doesn't gunk coils as quickly as a sweetener only like Sucralose does. Excellent. It was F'arts Cornish Cream Tea that I bought and enjoyed. Excellent www.flavourart.co.uk/afficionado-eliquid-flavours-10ml.htmlYou always have my attention. Even more excellent.

Marzipan? Really? Its one of the few T-juice that I haven't got round to. If there is really Marzipan involved then I'm so on it. Well I will be if the others I ordered on Thursday turn up. i definately got marzipan ! So did a friend of mine , but taste is so subjective ! But I got curry from black jack and soapy grease from snake oil !! So don't take my word for it Hehe. Well I haven't had the pleasure of Snake Oil. But I have had many a curry (especially Chinese) that has tasted of Liquorice and/or Aniseed, so It doesn't sound out of place to me.

Need more fruit to go with custard. CCW's Gooseberry is also very nice daveyboy37, I make a Gooseberry Fool type mix, using: Vanilla Custard French Vanilla Deluxe Vanillin Crystals Sweetener The recipe ought to be there if Andy's updated our threads. There's always Banana and CCW's yummy Rhubarb as well. Oooh yeah. Have not had gooseberry for years or Rhubarb come to think of it. Will have to be banana and custard for the time being. What do Vanillin crystals do Perpetua. Is it an alternative sweetener? Oh and while I have your attention, I think I saw a thread that mentioned a "Cream Tea" liquid. Have you tried it ? I saw it on one of the flavourings sites when I last placed an order. Can't remember if it was F'Arts or Capella..I'm guessing it wasn't PA. Anyway I was sorely tempted but didn't order and then only after that did I see you mention It. I so need to bookmark stuff.

Flavour Name: Colonel Custard Review: but a bit too mild in the sweet department for me but many others may find it spot on. Score: 6.8 out of 10 Now that is really odd Super-Shiny . I have an exceptionally sweet tooth AND a love of T-Juice....(Well more or less.) I actually found this truly awful, bland and VERY,VERY sweet. Way sweeter than your recipe, but without the taste. On the Custard front i'm gonna stick with your own and Perpetua 's recipe. Love the sweetness of your mix on its own. Perpetua's (a little less sweet) I'm finding is brilliant for mixing. Blueberry Custard, Raspberry Custard... You name it. Need more fruit to go with custard.

I get mainly marzipan then cherry and a touch of menthol ! That's the ready made though ! Wouldn't buy again but managed to empty the bottle the other night ! Think the copious amounts of red wine helped Marzipan? Really? Its one of the few T-juice that I haven't got round to. If there is really Marzipan involved then I'm so on it. Well I will be if the others I ordered on Thursday turn up.
