+1 for XBMC, can take a bit of setting up but is excellent. If you have a an android phone and an unlimited data plan or Wi-Fi try Videomix Pro available through Aptoide, streams films and TV to your android device, Google aptoide apk. + 1 for videomix pro, is thee a windows version? Not found one have always used XBMC, but I tend to connect my phone to the TV rather than watch on the PC.

It might not be the cheapest way of buying juice but why not try link, get yourself a dripper and at 1ml a sample if you don't like them you are not wasting much. My personal favourite yum

Don't how big you are but I'm on the large size and got a Honda XL125 Varadero, V twin good for 80 mph and as reliable as they come. Bought it in 2007 serviced it myself, ran it year round in all weather and it's still sat in my garage just in case. Recharge the battery and it starts first time. Fully comp insurance for a 37 year old, in Bradford which gets hammered, was £124. Last time I insured it 3rd party, after my Benelli got written off, £6.46 after Swinton's cash back. Hard to beat but not always easy to find cheap.

I've been doing it since February, some weeks more diligently than others. I tend to stick to the 600 calories when I'm working nights so two bowls of cereal and shed loads of coffee see me through it quite easily, and generally 1 or 2 lbs a week drops off. The main things for me are what I eat the rest of the week has a major effect, two days fasting can drop 6 lb off, and every now and then no matter what I do my weight stabilises for a couple of weeks before dropping again. So I've lost 28 lb since I started doing it in that lazy half arsed must have kebab or I'll die male way and it's worked.

Don't know if this is of any use to you, uneasysilence.com/how-to-backup-your-windows-itunes/. It seems that if you make copies of these two files, iTunes Library.itl and iTunes Music Library.xml, which contain all your playlist and playcount information you can paste them back in to your itunes folder on a fresh install. In preferences > advanced there is a tick box for copy files to iTunes media folder when adding to library, if you deselect the box then use File>Add Folder to Library you should be able to import all the files from your external drive without them being added to the iTunes media folder. If you are feeling brave, and are sure everything is on the external drive, you could delete everything from iTunes then copy all the files back in.
