Bummer, but thanks for all your hard work alanfinal. I think it's best to wait until the St Christopher is ready. It's a good pub and hopefully we can book the cellar on a regular basis.

Hi,
I'm looking for an eBaron Spiral in reasonable nick for a reasonable price. Drop me a PM if you have one surplus to your own requirements.
Cheers

I froth too. I find bakery flavours are ready in 1-2 days. Fruit flavours take a bit longer and tobacco mixes can still take 5-7 days.

Using a milk frother can speed up steeping. Not as much as an ultrasonic appears to, but a frothing a mix can lower the steeping time from 3 weeks to 1 week. Lordy's video shows you how. Use the video menu to jump to the steeping section. N.B. Tobacco recipes seem to need at least 2 weeks steeping no matter what you do to accelerate the process.

I was looking for some cheap attys for my Vmod XL and found these www.e-smokeless.co.uk/#/shop/4570133690/Atomizer-510.-Five-for-Four./4421292Somehow I ended paying £10 (my mistake) but the vendor noticed and chucked in a couple extra for free - nice of him. I don't know what the quality or resistance is, and it doesn't say on the site, but comparing with other vendor's sites they look a bit of a bargain.

Can't see Fasttech passing this up but I've put in a product request just in case.

Frothing works! I had a one day old mix which I split into two, frothed half of it, left the other half to steep normally, and waited three days. The frothed mix was nicely blended and quite vapable while the unfrothed mix was still raw and unpleasant. I can't see any reason not to use a frother for testing new mixes or just knocking up 10ml of something.
