.....it seems most that haven't arrived or delayed where silver ones. Thrashing around for anything that might make sense but maybe FT sent the underpriced silver ones by a slower cheaper means to recover costs. |

i think the ones ordered 23rd may were sent back to fasttech for some reason or other. where does your tracking say yours is now? if left HK for its destination,, should be with you in a couple of days max or thereabouts Don't say that. Mine was ordered on the 23rd, left HK on the 29th May |

Fasttech gear is the genuine stuff. I'm not an expert rebuilder but I have found the IGO-L easy to rebuild and use. One good thing is that you can clean it by just putting the base and coil in running cold water, squeezing the wick with a paper towel and giving it a dry burn - takes minutes. I have no experience of the phoenix however.

Trying to keep chilled but the shipping is so frustrating. Di's stuff left HK on the 9th June and has arrived. Mine left HK on the 29th May and hasn't got to me yet.
