Did I see a link for some screws on ebay for screws for the Russian 91%
The ones in it have rusted and they don't grip the coil too well......also what size do I get ?

Just a thought but have you tried something other than the evod on the pipe ?
Evods don't sit too well on some battery connections......A Clearo that is spring loaded may be better
Does the pipe connection have a adjustable 510 connection ? . . It may need moving nearer to the clearo/Evod to make connection
