Jules, the reason you couldn't see your order should be you didn't choose "register as a member" when you place the order. Don't worry  i did the same as you jules ive not heard anything either :-( .....hopefully since robby has his dispatch ours will be on their way soon Hope so Fagsareus fingers crossed it's on it's way, they did email me back with my order number though . We were burgled about 12 years ago, and the burglars had been in my son's bedroom which they shared, they were aged 9 and 14, I hadn't been to look in the boy's bedroom as I was just sat downstairs feeling numb, anyway police came and they asked me to show them lad's room, he went in and I heard him say "bloody hell", I popped my head round door and asked whats up, he replied "don't come in love the bloody barstewards have ransacked the room", well I could have died as the room didn't look any different from day before lol and I went as red as a beetroot and I couldn't look the policeman in the face lol, only one Son left at home now and he's 21 and still a messy bugger . Yes it was robby, I ordered about an hour ago, not too worried about an email confirming my order just yet, just worried why PayPal says they are having problems with the merchants PayPal. I have emailed them anyway just to ask if my order went through ok.

I have just ordered this as well, my first order from overseas and I am a bit worried as I have paid with PayPal and got a confirmation email from PayPal, all ok there, but I haven't had an order confirmation from evkoo and when I looked it the order history from them it is saying you have no orders, then I check back further and it is telling me that there is a problem with the merchants PayPal account please try again later, now I don't know if It's been paid for or if my order went through, has this happened to anyone else, biting my nails here lol.

Have you checked the charger, I also got my itaste vv3 in may and I have had two chargers so far, last one I got only lasted a month so maybe your usb charger.
