Really p***ed off with these people you wait for 12 days then goes into restocking so you think it's going to get sent then they tell you its 4 to 8 days more, they send part of your order then its restocking the rest, on top of the Hong Kong fiasco with my kick clone which they will not resend until they receive it back from Hong Kong post, its making my blood boil. Update, got up this morning & fasttech have refunded my order for the kick clone, no warning then an email from paypal, let's hope robby gets vapourbreak to stock them Update, got up this morning & fasttech have refunded my order for the kick clone, no warning then an email from paypal, let's hope robby gets vapourbreak to stock them [/quote]

2mm drill bit, 12 wraps of 0.25 Kanthal around the drill bit, once done take the coil of the drill bit and hold with tweezers and heat the coil until red hot whilst holding the coil tight with the tweezers and let it cool down, do this a couple of times, fix the coil to the Kayfun, put some Organic cotton wool through the coil and make sure you don't block the juice channel, wet the cotton with your preferred juice, Put the Kayfun back together and fill it up, leave for a couple of minutes and do a few dry pulls and Vape Away. Sorted Cheers Super-Shiny any photos of this set up?

Ha!! I didn't order kayfun till 3/11 ... They are still struggling for stock so don't expect it to ship for a few days yet ... Says 20/11 but I've been there before with the ithaka... Took forever .... I only ordered the GT today ... £12 ! Rude not to .... If either arrive before Christmas I'll be a happy bunny .... Although I'm still new to this RBA lark I figure if I can make 2 non-res/ res coils for the ithaka this should be a doddle ( famous last words !) Don't worry there's always the vaping god for assistance Super-Shiny

Denis.... Same as you mate ... I've ordered the kayfun and Taifun (clones ) from FT also... The coiling trials and tribulations listed in this post have been a massive help ... Might even have found a use for that jumbo 3mm ekowool ! Me too spikus need to start making some wicks & coils up case it all arrives early

Just have to say gals & guys thanks for all the tips & trick you have honoured this post with, where would we be without them. Can't wait till my Kayfun, Nemisis & Taifun arrive from FT, hopefully before Xmas. Keep up the good work.

Back to the topic in question. Have you by any chance upgraded your Mac to Maverick? Oh no the plot thickens

Why do I find plot69's avatar distracting? It's because you are to busy reading where he is from Bluefish

Morning Super-Shiny , How do you get the mods so low in the makeup rack mine has an inner shelf on the back row so have to stack them on the left in the deeper section at the back? They are in 18350 mode Why didn't I think of that As for the atty assembly line superb Super-Shiny

Been a busy bee today and as i was not very happy with my other board i made as it did not have everything i needed to build coils i made this up, plus it was to light and moved a lot Top left: All the tools i could possibly need for making coils/wicks, even the wire is there. Top Middle: Lamp and Magnifying glass for those tricky moments. Bottom Middle: Connector for all bases, Kayfun,Evod heads...etc etc, so much better as i now have two hands free to do the job. Top Right: My spare eVic with a Airflow Control on top, i use this to check resistances and heat up coils, plus to dry burn new wicks/coils to get rid of any impurities, the reason for the Airflow on top is for it to take the damage from screwing and unscrewing atty's all the time so no damage to my eVic, if it's Ego i just screw a 510-Ego adapter into the Airflow base. The only thing missing is wick and cotton, i keep that in a compartment tray with a lid on to keep dust away from them. Morning Super-Shiny , How do you get the mods so low in the makeup rack mine has an inner shelf on the back row so have to stack them on the left in the deeper section at the back?

You don't say why rom, are they easier to build or use? Kayfun pros: Easier to build so less faffing around Can easily do microcoils/Cotton for it No need for res/non res wires Just overall works and vapes better This is based on a genuine Kayfun 3.1 though Thanks Super-Shiny that's what I was thinking after following your threads, I know you can only quote the originals but funds often dictate otherwise for others.
