I'm curious. Why would you reskin batteries (I've not heard of people doing that before) No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted They get damaged with use in mods, i have also used the shrinkwrap to extend the insulation at the bottom of 18350/18650`s that i use in my Chi-you to stop shorting at the base. |

With mine it seems to pull up then you feel it get easier as the recess catches the o ring when it is at the right height, be careful as it comes completely of the base if raised to far, bit of trial & error really.

If anyone is having any issues with the wire screws being a bit temperamental in gripping the wires, as I have found, get some of these: M1.6 x 3mm socket cap screws They grip the wire fantastically first go. Makes replacing the coil even easier  Anyone know if these fit the kakfun 3.1 could do with a few myself? Anyone know if they fit? |

Super-ShinyJust got my Aqua clone the other day & hope you could advise on how to coil it so i can use it with twin coils on my Nemesis with a kick installed using cotton as a wick or should i just install standard coils? Fitted 2 micro coils in the Aqua, came out at 0.7 ohms threaded some 2 mm silica wick through the coils to give 4 strands in the channels of the Aqua but due to the low ohms i had to use it on my chi-you without the kick. I was suprised how hot the vape was & not really to my liking, does any one know how to coil one of these to give around 1.8 -2.0 ohms what i am used to vaping? If you remove one of your coils it will give you 1.4 ohms or if you still want dual coils you need more wraps or thinner wire. Thanks erik514Will give 0.2 wire a go with more wraps instead of 2.5mm, would love to get this Atty performing like my Kayfun. |
