I'm just pondering whether I can be bothered to go through the rigmarole of repackaging them, taking them to the post office, taking a photograph of the shipping receipt to upload to them etc etc. Not sure I can be mithered to be honest. I might just put it down to a bad experience and sod it. I may just use parts of the Fasttech Nova's as spares for my Vision Vivi Nova's if they'll fit.

This is the email I got:-
Please return the 3 defective 1319600 becasue we have to check them with our supplier and make improvement. we will cover your postage for shipping them back and refund you the store credit of items' worth instead of replacement.
I have sent you (in a separate e-mail) your RMA number and our return address in Hong Kong. Please ship the items back within 2 weeks by the cheapest way.
Please clearly mark your RMA number on the address line. Let us know the postage and send us the picture of the shipping receipt after you return so we can arrange the reimbursements. Please follow these steps:
1. Properly pack the returning items to ensure they're not damaged on the way back. 2. Address the package as shown below:
TO: CLOUD COMMERCE SYSTEMS LIMITED RMA #20130513-CXTK SUITE 703, 7/F 555 NATHAN ROAD, HONG KONG
3. Ship items back via the least expensive way. Don't forget to keep shipping receipts safe, especially when return shipping reimbursement is applicable to your return.
A customer advocate will contact you as soon as your package arrives. Depending on the shipping method chosen, your package may take about 2 weeks before it delivers at FastTech.

My Fasttech Vivi Nova saga rumbles on and on. They're now insisting that I return the Nova's to them otherwise I get no replacements or gift certificates.

They emailed back asking me if I still wanted them replacing. I replied telling them they were being unreasonable in expecting me to go to the trouble of sending the item back to them. They've now offered me a gift certificate so job done.

I've had a reply too asking me to send my 3 nova's back to them (they'll cover the cost of postage) and upon reciept they will send me 3 more nova's. Not sure about this TBH. Why the hell should I go to the trouble of re-packaging them, taking them to the post office etc and then wait approx a month or more to get exactly what I ordered in the first place? What do you guys think? Am I being unreasonable?

Yeah me too. Trouble is I'm not mechanically minded (artistic type if anything) and if I don't understand how things work I worry that I'll completely bugger it up. But then I remembered that it only cost £3 so I thought sod it, I'll give it a go
