Sounds good Promethian! Today I made Petey's Potpourri (my stab in the dark at a vague Long Bottom Leaf type), Peach Melba and Sweet Watermelon Hmmm that sounds good Jen.... I have all the necessaries for that too. I have to make the missus a liquorice aniseed mix next, hoping to wean her off menthol onto something else!!! Then I might try it out. How do you post the e-juice mix link into a post Jen? These are my recipes (not ready for scooping yet! ): Go to File > Print Image > Print to Adobe PDF then click the image in the PDF, copy and past to Paint, then upload to Photobucket - bit of a faff, but there you go!

Well, going by the cloudiness of the above mix, yep - that's a cracker alright! One for the Protank, I think

I'm thinking of making a vanilla cola type juice - anyone got any ratio suggestions? Haven't used Cap Cola before. Was thinking maybe 18% cola 2% TPA FVD. Also, is it a tank cracker? Only generic cola is on the cracker list

Maybe in another 50 years time it will be possible LOL! Oh how nice that would be, 'I fancy a nice steak dinner, I'll just go and down load it, while I'm at it I'll download that free Provari I forgot to get yesterday!' Ha ha ha ha ha It is actually already possible to a certain extent, they're already 'printing' meat proteins - incredible stuff

I think both those examples are of shifting into the present tense, (2) would have been 'If I were the SDV, I would be getting...' Call it laziness, call it the evolution of language - it's fascinating

Is that construct "officially" permitted in US English, then? Or is it just that lots of Americans say it, so it's mistaken for standard? Not sure - but Judge Judy even says it

2. UK EN does not have 'would' in a conditional, however it is (or 'it's'?? ) becoming more prevalent (almost ubiquitous) in US EN. I wouldn't really feel comfortable using it, but others might. Could you give some examples? I'm not sure what this means. Where do counterfactual conditionals fit in? (eg, "If X had happened, then Y would have happened") Or am I missing the point with that example? Americans will often say things like 'If I would have given him X, then y would have happened', which is grammatically incorrect in UK EN. That's what I meant Your Emerson quote - the 'would' there is essentially another word for want, making it a verb and therefore correct as I understand it.

Yeah, but the newbie vapers are very well catered for already, Perps, don't you think? I'd love to see more 'mature' gear around and available for trying out. Can't really make m/any vape meets due to work and such There's nothing at all in the vicinity to me Jen, for anyone. I just think such a shop would create interest amongst smokers as well, so it would be good to be able to cater for them to. Ah right - we've got 1 literally 1/2 a mile down the road here, another 3 miles away in Altrincham, and all kinds of stalls and things in Manchester, it's really taking off! I've been meaning to go to the LF shop in Stockport at some point, not sure what they have on sale or to try out there though. And I couldn't use the dissy codes

Interesting! Colds are viral, there's not an awful lot you can do about getting them or to prevent it. Smoking does however weaken the immune system, making you more susceptible. I think I read somewhere that PG might even help prevent lung-related infections! I would have thought the the black stuff is just because your lungs are clearing out combined with the cough. It's disgusting and unpleasant, but all part of the process. I haven't noticed an amazing uptick in my taste buds' ability either, but it might be gradual rather than an in-your-face type of thing. Or I have taste buds of steel
