Clogau is getting a bit thin on the ground (and bloody expensive!) these days, but it is divine. My mum's Welsh and she's building up a small collection  This is my engagement ring, I don't think anyone will be surprised to see the amethyst...  The ultrasonic cleaner did a lovely job on both the stones and the metal - looked brand new!  |

Whist typing this i just had a vision of you being golum stroking your nic base saying "My Precious" And later in life.......... "Here m8, wanna buy some nic base"  17 litres though - I can't do the maths, how much juice does that make?? |

I read online that using Seaclean 2 on tarnish works well. This is my wedding ring  so once my juices are forced to steep I will bung it in with seaclean and let you know the results Regards Jez I just bought one of these - works like a charm  Although I'd still be interested in the results with SeaClean, the cloth can't get into all the nooks and crannies! Gorgeous ring - is that Clogau gold? |

They are quite good, I just keep forgetting to use mine!  Also very good on gold jewellery, not so good on silver tarnish though. |

I got all my stuff apart from flavourings from FRogster in his mixing starter kit a few weeks back. that's that as a culprit eliminated then Or it's been cross contaminated with Frogster's tobacco leaf experiments - I always picture him in a lab full of curly glass tubes and bubbling cauldrons  I'm sure it it's not that though! One way to find out for sure if the nic is the issue is to make a 1ml no-flavour sample. Replace all your syringes/pipettes and work on a process of elimination. Or is there anyone in your house either smoking or using tobacco flavours? |

I had a peek in the window of a local B&M shop the other week - roughly an extra £10-15 on prices I pay online for hardware. I don't care how much advice and service they give me, I've managed perfectly well by myself using online resources up until now, and I ain't paying that mark up! |
