I would keep an eye on it and if its comes up again change the fuel filter first but if it drives fine and has no other symptoms I wouldn't be too concerned tbh, sometimes if the fault is intermittent its best to monitor it to see if it develops as it gets expensive trying to get to the bottom of some faults that occur every now and then

I'm a technician, firstly is it petrol or diesel and are you having any other symptoms or is it just a engine light coming on ?, also it could be a simple fault as the engine codes that come on can just be a symptom rather than the cause, so could be a fuel filter partially blocked causing pressure to drop which is in turn logging a fault
